EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTOR
Position: Secondary instructor to teach Emergency Medical Technician classes designed to prepare students for Emergency Medical Technician Certifications
Qualifications: Possess/Maintain National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Basic Certification; VOEMS EMS Education Coordinator Certification; CPR Certification (American Heart Association-AHA: Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross-ARC: CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider); Three (3) years of medical experience, with a minimum of two (2) years verified field experience as an EMS provider; must be eligible for licensure to teach with appropriate endorsement by the Virginia Department of Education.
Contract: Full-time; 10-months
Salary: $40,677 – Commensurate with experience and education
